The photo booth is an automated kiosk that takes three photos of guests, shows them a preview of their shots, and then sends them emails of the photos with a watermark.
The main parts of the kiosk are a dSLR camera, an Arduino, a laptop, an LCD monitor, and a wooden enclosure that houses all of the parts. Coated plywood board panels are attached to the enclosure’s wooden frame to give the kiosk a polished look.
A computer program with Visual Basic controls the Arduino, which interfaces with the dSLR camera. Photos from the dSLR transfer to the computer, which applies watermarks and sends the photos to email addresses input by guests.View project Next project
